Cleaning House Company Policy
1. Service Details:
- Our cleaning services include general house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and post-construction cleaning.
- We provide our own cleaning supplies and equipment, unless the customer requests otherwise.
- Our cleaning services are available on a one-time basis or as recurring appointments (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly).
2. Scheduling and Rescheduling:
- Customers can schedule appointments by contacting our customer service team via phone, email, or online booking platform.
- We require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment rescheduling or cancellation. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
3. Pricing and Payment:
- Our pricing is based on the size of the house, the level of cleaning required, and any additional services requested by the customer.
- Payment is due on the day of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments.
- Any additional services requested during the cleaning appointment will be billed separately.
4. Access to the House:
- Customers are responsible for providing access to the house during the scheduled appointment time.
- If the customer is not present, they should make arrangements to provide a key or access code to our team.
- Our team members are trained to handle keys and access codes with utmost care and confidentiality.
5. Customer Responsibilities:
- Customers are responsible for ensuring a safe and clean working environment for our team members.
- Customers should inform us of any specific cleaning requirements or areas to be avoided.
- Customers should secure or remove any valuable or fragile items prior to the cleaning appointment.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee:
- We strive for customer satisfaction. If a customer is not satisfied with our service, they should contact us within 24 hours, and we will address their concerns promptly.
7. Liability:
- Our team members are trained professionals, but accidents can happen. We carry liability insurance to cover any damages caused by our team members.
8. Confidentiality and Privacy:
- We respect our customers' privacy and treat all personal information with strict confidentiality.
9. Code of Conduct:
- Our team members are expected to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Any form of harassment or misconduct will not be tolerated.
10. Termination of Services:
- We reserve the right to terminate services if a customer engages in abusive behavior towards our team members or violates our policies.
